So I have a really easily hurt tailbone. Like I can't do crunches because the next day I'll have to sit a certain way or else it will be really sore. Also I can move the bone there around in circles, which I don't think is normal. And I've gotten so used to planks I can literally jut stay there for two minutes just doing nothing and I get bored. Are there any good ab workouts you recommend that don't involve putting weight on my butt bone or staying in one position for too long? Thanks love <3
